Patrick Starrenburg offered a document off list but email to him bounces
and the 550 error URL is a dead link. I did email the webmaster but
fear that will go unheard.

A search shows Patrick hasn't posted in almost two months, could someone
(hopefully Patrick) forward this document? It maybe called "Exim
Tweaks".
