[Exim] allowing another ip to send email?

Im trying to allow another IP to send emails to yahoo.com, etc.
But i tried editing all config and it still sends this to the error log.


2003-12-15 14:46:23 refused relay (host) to <louiedash@???> from
<louie@???> H=(email.sender.com) [202.xx.xx.xx]

Which is the correct config for that?
