I told you to "don't ask any more questions about Exim-3.x here ;-)".
Upgrade to Exim 4.30 and then we will for sure tell you how to do
it.
If you mean how to install SpamAssassin, look at their website.
There are instructions on how to install it.
The easiest I know, however, is
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Mail::SpamAssassin'
Or simply run perl -MCPAN -e shell
On the prompt, type
o conf init
Go through the questions. One important think is to chose the option
"follow". After that, you need to type
o conf commit
Then
install Mail::SpamAssassin
