Remember that exim is forking/reexecuting quite often, this could become
a real bottle-neck.

My current approach would allow something like this, but I don't see the
point, sorry.

And this is still work-in-progress. I'll also evaluate libtool soon, so
maybe I'll start from scratch anyway ;)
