You have never been able to do callouts to yahoo, AFAIAA. Certainly it's
never worked for me. (I've been using a system with callouts for longer
than they've existed in Exim). Their system rejects at final dot, which
is broken IMO, because then you can't bounce for individual recipients,
only all or none.
