[Exim] MSg Self Deletes

This is a little OT, but if this is known problem people on this list
should be familiar with it.

Several users of Outlook Express are getting email that arrives and then
automatically becomes deleted when they select it, it gives an error
this email no longer exists on the server. It cannot be undeleted. These
are genuine emails, I know they were sent but they are deleted before
the user can see them.

Obviously this is not an exim problem (exim's job has finished once it
puts the email into the users folder, and it does it so well) and is
either OE or the IMAP daemon, so if you can help, or know of the problem
please email me off the list.
