[Exim] Temporarily rejected RCPT with no apparent reason

This is really marilyn@??? but we are, once
again, temporarily rejecting all mail from outside.

There have been no reboots. It just started doing this
as mysteriously as it quit doing it a few days ago.
We have lots of hard drive space, the machine is
mostly idle, ... what can it be?

Can anyone please suggest something to check?
