Nope.

Firstly: I don't think this is an Exim problem.
Look in your Exim mainlog and tell us what it says, exactly. Chances are
it will tell you exactly why the mail was rejected.

At a wild guess, the Exchange server is set up with an invalid hostname.
Tell the Exchange admin to check its DNS hostname and make sure it is
syntactically valid.
