Perhaps you'd make manualroute entry:
tweak_route:
driver = manualroute
domains = this.domain.does.not.exist.com
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = this.domain.does.not.exist.com 1.1.1.1
After this verify sender & recipient should work and you'd
be able to send email to that domain if other ACL's succeed etc.
On ACL section you can also make custom rules for this non-existent
domain and tell ACL to pass only to "tweak_route" -router.
