[Exim] Send mail from mailq to another user

Hello List,

i often have many mails in my mailq send to the wrong person.
so there are mails send to postmaster@??? instead of
postmaster@???. That are script or personal mistakes.

So i want to alter all postmaster@x to postmaster@y in the mailq and resend
them. is that possible?
