[Exim] Major issue with my Auth

Please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

I have a working Linux system on my network, running AUTH plain text. No
problems. I build a new system and test it no problem, I go to install it
on another network and first off my response banner is messed up .. here
are the two systems from some where else and the new one from it self
. Can some one tell me what is wrong here?

OLD system :

I am running the same version on both boxes and If I do it on the new box
from the new box this is what I get
