I am also sure the archives have some clues. I have checked and they say
Kaspersky uses command line config and the guys use this:
-F=/opt/AVP/etc/mailscanner.prf -Y -K -f=/var/run/kav/ /var/spool/exim/scan/
Another text I got from that list:
