What I need is to re-read the Exim4 migration document to get my head
out of Exim3 mode. Sorry.
(Our mailhub is still Exim3, but I'll be migrating it anyway, to get
filtered-mail-rejection at SMTP time, if nothing else (and there are
many more reasons, if the time can just be found)).
