Thats the problem. I can't find anything wrong with the DNS entries.
we are trying to send from library.wits.ac.za, but If I send form my pc I
get the same response as shown by logs

I have no problem sending anywhere else. Also if I change my outgoing mail
server to another server (running exim4.10 ) it works as shown below.
