I'm relatively new to this, but....
First. What OS are you using? I have installed from both rpm's and have on
occasion compiled from source. Usually you just start with the first error,
see what fails and fix that. But, that is going to be OS dependent.
I also don't think eximon will do what you thing it will. It graphs some stats
and tail -f's mainlog to the screen. What kind of problems are you having that
you have to hunt down a customers mail every hour? That in itself seems
bizzare.
