Tell them they're wrong and suggest that they read the RFCs. Better
still, suggest they use a client that conforms to the RFCs.

Main configuration option smtp_enforce_sync. This is a boolean,
so it's all or nothing. You can't be selective about particular
clients. This may not be what you want.
