[Exim] synchro error

Hi List.

Is there a way to accept mails from a misconfigured host.

This client keeps blaming exim for the problem.

2003-11-10 14:00:24 SMTP protocol violation: synchronization error (input
sent without waiting for greeting): rejected connection from
H=[196.44.10.120].
