Could it be because the mysql lookup is returning nothing, and thus the
router is declining? :-)
Read the last ~10 lines of the router debug output to find the lookup
it's doing in mysql. You'll probably see somethign wrong with it when
you look at it, or try to run it through mysql yourself.
