it's pretty damn good for free, not too far behind the commercial stuff.
i treat it as a backstop to rejecting the "bad" extensions. i basically
let zips through with exiscan but not any of the nasty M$ extensions,
and depend on clamav to spot the viruses that try and sneak through
buried in zip files, or in crafty html formatted messages.
