[Exim] unroutable address

In my Exim conf i have

MYSQL_LOCAL_DOMAINS = SELECT DISTINCT domain FROM domaintable WHERE
domain = '${quote_mysql:$domain}'

primary_hostname = my.domain.com
domainlist local_domains = localhost: my.domain.com : mysql;
MYSQL_LOCAL_DOMAINS


the domain is in the mysql database.... so can anyone explain to me why
do i get 'unroutable address' for an email account I have on the
machine...? Even 'root'? the domain is a valid domain.
