hi,I have just setup exim 4.2 on redhat 9, I'm sending and receiving mail,
everything seems to be ok. However, I get the following system message
every time i "receive" mail:
Nov 5 18:16:44 venus kernel: application bug: exim(8783) has SIGCHLD set to
SIG_IGN but calls wait().
Nov 5 18:16:44 venus kernel: (see the NOTES section of 'man 2 wait').
Workaround activated.
It does not log this message on outbound or local deliveries only
"inbound"..
Looked in the exim logs and every thing seems to be fine.
might i be running exim incorrectly ?
exim 8724 1 0 17:43 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/exim -bd -q1h
Any help would be very much appreciated..
