[Exim] SPF and Exim 4.2x?

So, I am curious to know if anyone here is using
SPF (http://spf.pobox.com), either in the form of
publishing SPF DNS records or adding the necessary ACLs?

I was considering doing so with Exim 4.22, and am
looking for any first-hand experience or advice.
