[Exim] Changes in filter spec from 3.x -> 4.x?

Hey, folks,

I'm about to about start porting our rather lengthy system message filter
to exim 4.24 and I'm wondering if there are any major incompatibilities
between the 3.3x filters and the current version? Anything I should watch
out for? Should it just work?

Thanks, as I'm not looking forward to checking the docs for every line of
this beast. :)
