[Exim] Reject dest recipient

Hi all,

i've just upgraded from 3.35 to 4.x and i used to reject some dest
recipient with alias file like:

onemail:    fail:    user not allowed

but in exim4 it doesn't work

error in redirect data: missing or malformed local part (expected word
or "<") in "fail: This user is not allowed to receive mail"

How can i reject dest recipient?
