Well that's just it, I don't have a lot to show for it. Basically I tried
to setup a router that would check to see if ${local_part} was the user
who is whitlisting, and then I attempted to have exim deny using
ignore_target_host, denying anything NOT on a path to a list I specfied.
But nothing I did seemed to work at all. I spent a long time at the exim
site searching around for how to setup routers properly and scoured the
web basically on how to whitelist to exim, but had no real luck.
