[Exim] exim + relaying users outbound mail.

Can anyone please advise ?

I need to setup my current exim 4 mail server to relay through another
server..

PS. anyone else having problems with telkom adsl ip's being blocked by

host mx.lantic.net [196.25.84.202]: 550 5.7.1 ACCESS DENIED to
tbnb-123-95.telkomadsl.co.za using dynablock.easynet.nl DNSBL
