Completed what? Where is it going? Are you sure you are not just
generating bounces for incoming messages with an inexistent recipient?
For instance:

given that the local part is the same, that looks a lot like a
bounce. You should NOT BOUNCE, but REJECT at SMTP. Even if you want
to scan incoming mail, either reject at the SMTP DATA phase, or just
drop them if you do the scanning later.
