Sorry, I should have been more verbose, I intended to say: "While you
would have used "auth_over_tls_hosts = foo:bar" with exim3 to force
AUTH over TLS only for foo and bar you will use
"auth_advertise_hosts = ${if eq{$tls_cipher}{}{}{foo:bar}}" with
exim4.
Of course the way you solved it with a named list auth_over_tls_hosts
is completely ok.
