RE: [Exim] User Quotas

So could I have two lines in the config file that would say,

//system wide
quota = 30M
//user specific
quota =
${lookup{$local_part}lsearch*{/usr/local/etc/eximquotafile}{$value}{30M}}

And what format is the file in. csv?
