[Exim] How to Push Mail Queue

Hi, i did exim -qf to push all mailqueue out, but is there anyway i can manually select which email queue i want to push ?

like if there's 200 mail stucked in the queue, i just want to push 1 or 2 out, is there any way ? thanks !
