no, no big changes, I would say (untested, I don't use local_delivey
with maildirs) this is all you need to deliver to $HOME/Maildir:
local_delivery:
driver = appendfile
# remove file option
directory = $home/Maildir/
maildir_format = true
delivery_date_add
(... everything else unchanged... )
