[Exim] exim v3 and ~/.procmailrc

Hello,

How must I setup exim, that it delivers mails to the users ~/.procmailrc ?
I am using Exim 4.14 on a Mailserver, but now there is someone which has
ask me where to put the /usr/bin/procmail in the exim.conf
