Indeed, I remember when *1000* was a large number :-) That did seem to
last long. Now 10m isn't even "large". 100m I think qualifies ;-)
Don't worry, I don't think and SQL wait-remote_smtp db will somehow
allow one exim instance push 100m messages :-))
