Hi
I am having problems delivering mail to .ca domains.
dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer
(-18): Remote host <snip removed details> closed connection in response to end
of data.
If I run exiwhat
62474 delivering 1A5RWt-000GEV-JK: waiting for a remote delivery
subprocess to finish
62475 delivering 1A5RWt-000GEV-JK to <snip removed details>
And it seemly just hangs and hangs with no delivery taking place.
It seems one line messages get through fine but when the message goes
beyond one line then I start to get this happening.
As a precaution I have set the following to zero
rfc1413_hosts = *
rfc1413_query_timeout = 0s
As this is only happening on for now .ca domains it is a puzzle I can write
to every one just fine including this list.
I have consulted google extensively and read previous posts where they have
said the problem is not with exim but on the receiver side. It how ever
seems that two different ISP's both in .ca having the same problem seems
improbable.
I am open to all suggestions and would especially welcome a cure to this
annoying hiccup.
