Not currently possible.

Choices are: (1) Piping to a script that calls SpamProbe, adds the
header, and re-injects the message. This is the "classic" way to do
this. (2) Using the local_scan() interface (requires writing code).
(3) Using the exiscan interface, if it can support this - sorry, I
haven't any detailed knowledge about that.
