This is not a main option...
It is an option you can set for an "SMTP Transport" than when used will
force that a TLS session be used when the server delivers to any host that
matches the list. I think you are attempting to use this for receiving
from hosts.
hosts_require_tls
Type: host list, expanded
Default: unset
Exim will insist on using a TLS session when delivering to any host that
matches this list.
