Take a look at the redirect router. For example, the default one is
system_aliases:
driver = redirect
allow_fail
allow_defer
data = ${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{SYSTEM_ALIASES_FILE}}
# user = exim
file_transport = address_file
pipe_transport = address_pipe
Change "${lookup{$local_part}" to "${lookup{$local_part@$domain}".
Voila! (Or, as we string players say, Viola!)
