I've read the exim3 book around P.342.
I'm on pop3 dialup (one PC, debian 2.4.20).
ISP is
www.iprimus.com.au
I have this in exim.conf (smtp transport):
remote_smtp:
driver = smtp
headers_rewrite = russell@??? rjshaw@???
Then test with:
mail -s test user@remote
Another test

The response shows that russell@??? hasn't been
replaced with rjshaw@???.
