[Exim] no_verify & callout

Hello.

I do not want to resolve dest address on RCPT phase (for quick
and successfull postings from users) and add "no_verify" to
dnslookup router. But in this case callout check returns fail
on all remote addresses. :(

Is there any way to skip router on verify phase but process
it on callout?

Exim 4.24.
