In the original mail it was mentioned that the file had entries like:
localpart@domain: from="Realname" file="filename"
And I was looking at the original wondering where the extract where,
but assumed that lookup did some magic. I think this does what he
wants (not tested):
require_files = "/etc/exim/${extract {file}{${lookup \
{${local_part}@${domain}} dbm*@ \
{/etc/exim/autoresp.db}
{$value}}}{$value}{_}}"
