Run Interscan in "sandwich mode" - where exim accepts mail on port 25,
passes it to interscan on another higher port (say 2525) - and interscan
then passes it to a third exim on port 25250 (say).
There is at least one howto I have seen for how to do this with
sendmail. If you can do it in sendmail it should be trivial to do it
with exim.
