Thanks for the first part... UNderstood and I dont want to create more
mail...

As for >550 5.1.1 <test@???>... User unknown
><<< 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA

This was displayed at the bottom of a message bounced with a reason that it
was on a rbl. I would just like the rbl message shown not the unknown user
also.

Sorry for adding a reply to someone elses message. Not on vacation just not
thinking.

I think I understand this... you would like to have a message
displayed in the mailbox of the (alleged) sender. I am afraid but...

any new mail message generated as a result of a failure is a bad
thing, call it bounce or not (the content does not make your custom
message any different from a bounce). Most messages (almost all) that
are rejected because of an rbl match will have a forged sender. If
that is an inexistent address that's not too bad, otherwise you just
end up annoying (and spamming) another email user.

as I said you should rather exclude existing users...

what the hell is this? This is the SMTP dialog for someone attempting
to give a DATA command before a valid recipient has been accepted by
the server. So?

>Thanks for your time.

and for our disk space perhaps? Do you realise that you replied to a
totally unrelated message and LEFT that in your message?
This list is getting worse. Is this the effect of the holidays? This
is not the beach, will all the holiday makers leave please?

(Nothing personal, my reaction is just the result of a sum of things).

Thanks
