I used the wonderful debugging features of Exim and ran a non-daemon server
on an alternate port (it's great to play with it when you don't have to take
a server out of production ;).
From what I've seen it seems the webmail are sending bad encoding
information, the rest is working ok... maybe a "redhat unicode problem".
