[Exim] Forwarding mail to other users on the lan ?

I think I need a .forward file to do this but unsure as to how to set it
up.

1) Login name on server (192.168.1.1) is mpierce. mpierce collects mail
on server.
2) Login name on notebook (192.168.1.252) is mpierce. mpierce wants to
collect all mail from server except root-mail.

How would I set this up?
