[Exim] Routing a bounce message

Hello,
I am trying to route a bounce message and a bounce message only via the
dnslookup router, but I cannot remember how to route bounce messages and
bounce message only.

begin routers

dnslookup:
        driver = dnslookup
        transport = remote_smtp
        ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8
        senders =
        self = pass
        no_more

all_messages:
        driver = accept
        transport = serial_smtp

Suggestions?
