Could this be just a temp DNS failure? I say this because it resolves
for me:
diz $ exim4 -be > ${if eq{${lookup dnsdb{a=promo.ro}{$value}}}{64.94.110.11}{yes}{no}} no
Although you'd be better off getting the BIND patch from ISC and setting
the domains you worry about to delegation-only.
