Maybe you can feed sa-learn via an alias wich pipes the mail to it...
in your alias file:
spam: "|/usr/bin/sa-learn --spam --single"
ham: "|/usr/bin/sa-learn --spam --single"
creates spam@??? and ham@???
and proceeds any mail to them to the sa-learn.
as a first idea...
