[Exim] router for sa-learn

Sirs, i'd like to create e-mail aliases to use their for sa-learn --ham or
--spam and nothing more. (sa-learn is just programm, that proceed message and
analyse it statically, this message should not be saved anywhere or proceeded
with any other router).
