In most part i found that the search capabiliites of the list was very
limited, its hard to locate a follow up of a topic, etc.

I feel bad as a new comer to the list have to ask questions because i
couldn't find it.

I wonder if its possible to have phpBB email any new posting to the users.
just like a regular list. (it already has posting notifications)
