Seriously, Exim-3.x is a near dodo, so (imho) I see no need for it.
There have even been queries on Exim-2.x (for those strange reasons, yes),
but that does not call for an exim-2-users or exim-1-users, no?
Remember the motto "If it ain't broken..."? That may explain, amongst other
reasons such as heavy customizations which are not migrate-able, why some guys
may still be running versions of Exim older than 4.x
I suggest we just bear with everyone and help when we can.
